– From 1995 to 1998, he was Chairman and CEO of William M. Mercer, the Marsh and McLennan consulting company, in Paris. He led a major reorganization of the practices and the implementation of a new information technology network.
– From 1986 to 1995, he was founder and General Manager at ERISA, an insurance subsidiary of Credit Commercial de France (C.C.F.), actually HSBC.
He started his career at the Union des Assurances de Paris, actually AXA Group, and then held several positions as a Strategy Consultant for start-ups of life insurance companies as subsidiaries of banks:

He has a Law degree from the Claude Bernard University in Lyon and graduated as a Full Actuary from the Institut de Science Financière et d’Assurances in Lyon, France.
