Wearable Tech + Digital Health San Francisco and NeuroTech San Francisco, back-to back conferences exploring the use of sensors, data and devices to improve health, will take place on April 5-6, 2016. We have some exciting announcements — and we invite you to register before February 5, 2016, when the price increases. Our speakers are in the news, and changing the world:
- DARPA’s Phillip Alvelda is leading the development of an implant that will dramatically improve brain to computer communication.
- The Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation, led by Medical Director Douglas Wood, has now conducted 10,000 hours of research for 270 projects and 600 experiments.
- Tel Aviv University and neurosteer’s Nathan Intrator has used his EEG wearable to enable a locked-in ALS patient to move a Sphero ball with his cognitive and emotional activity.
- Duke’s Miguel Nicolelis developed the mind controlled robotic suit that allowed a paraplegic to kick off the official ball of the world cup. This research could allow millions to “walk” again.
- Takeda’s Bruno Villetelle is digitizing the pharmaceutical industry — beginning with his organization — from companion technology to big data analysis.
The aforementioned will lead just a few of the inspiring talks at Wearable Tech + Digital Health + NeuroTech San Francisco. Register to participate in sessions with all of our speakers including:
