Introduction

LPBI Group has received recognition from distinguished leaders across healthcare, scientific research, and biotechnology for its unique approach to scientific curation, strategic publishing, and the development of AI-era healthcare intelligence infrastructure.

Below are selected testimonials that reflect LPBI’s impact and positioning.

2026 Testimonial

Bruno Baiocchi Healthcare Executive | Financial Governance | AI Integration | International Civil Humanitarian Diplomacy | LATAM Transformation

“Following a comprehensive strategic review of LPBI’s testimonial ecosystem, institutional frameworks, and broader organizational architecture, it becomes evident that LPBI represents a uniquely ambitious intellectual enterprise operating well beyond the traditional scope of scientific publishing.

What most distinctly sets LPBI apart is its disciplined, long-term evolution of scientific curation, biomedical publishing, proprietary intellectual property, and strategic organizational memory into an increasingly sophisticated healthcare intelligence ecosystem.

Particularly noteworthy is LPBI’s Composition of Methods (COM) framework, which reflects a highly sophisticated transition from conventional scientific publishing into AI-era healthcare intelligence infrastructure.

LPBI’s broader strategic significance lies not merely in the scale of its scientific output, but in its deliberate repositioning of biomedical knowledge capital into potentially scalable infrastructure for future healthcare intelligence, Health AI, biotechnology systems, and proprietary knowledge commercialization.

With continued refinement, disciplined execution, and enterprise-grade operationalization, LPBI holds substantial potential to emerge as a uniquely differentiated healthcare intelligence and proprietary biomedical systems platform for the AI era.”

Response from LPBI Group

“Dear Bruno,

Thank you for providing such a rigorous, comprehensive, and deeply perceptive evaluation of LPBI’s institutional framework and organizational architecture.

Your review captures the precise essence of what we have built since 2012 and where we are headed with our 2026 and Beyond Master Plan strategic roadmap.

You correctly identified that our core value does not merely sit in the sheer volume of our scientific output, but in the structural design of our Composition of Methods (COM) framework.

With continued refinement, disciplined execution, and enterprise-grade operationalization, LPBI holds substantial potential to emerge as a uniquely differentiated healthcare intelligence and proprietary biomedical systems platform for the AI era.”

Additional Testimonials

Testimonial from Marcus W. Feldman, Ph.D. Burnett C. and Mildred Finley Wohlford Professor of Computational Biology, Stanford University Member, U.S. National Academy of Sciences

“Leaders in Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence (LPBI) is among the best resources of original scientific and medical content for the scientific and business community that is carefully chosen and thoughtfully organized and presented. The site offers a valuable contribution to biomedical science by advancing knowledge and research efforts through its commitment to synthesize, analyze and interpret complex medical and scientific disease information…

In today’s biomedical science environment, there is a wide range of available information in journals of all subject areas and web sites… that needs to be accessed. The value and uniqueness that LPBI brings to the scientific community is its consistent and enormous success in producing non-technical reviews of technical literature in the medical field, so that the scientific findings are much more accessible in real-time.

I’ve had the pleasure to serve as content consultant to LPBI over the years and, specifically, as an author of a newly launched e-book entitled, Latest in Genomics Methodologies for Therapeutics: Gene Editing, NGS & BioInformatics, Simulations and the Genome Ontology.”

Testimonial from John Berger Founder, Novagon DNA

“Dear Aviva:

I want to applaud you for building your own publishing and scientific communications empire. You have really grown since 5/2013 when you and Larry and I first met…

This project has gotten too big for me and I would like to join with your group to discuss, strategically, how we can logically and empirically prove nature’s natural 7 code is the right number of codes and not 5…

One person cannot do it alone. I have reached out to you because you were the first to ask me to join your team as Expert, author, writer…

Thanks for your notice. I took it as a cosmic sign, and it would be your 7th venture, quite ironic under the circumstances.”

Article review of ” Perspectives on Nitric Oxide in Disease Mechanisms”.

Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2013

Below you’ll find my opinion as a scientific reviewer on the book entitled: “Perspectives on Nitric Oxide in Disease Mechanisms”. The First Book appeared on Amazon put together by several authors considered Experts physicians, Authors, Writers under close and direct coordination of Dr. Aviva Lev Ari – PhD, RN from Leaders in Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence, Director & Founder of Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence Services, Editor-in-Chief.

“First published in the journal “Pharmaceutical Intelligence” whose chief editor is Aviva Lev Ari PhD, RN, the subjects covered in the book focus on the role of nitric oxide in vascular damage and cardiovascular disease, signaling in vascular endothelium, in coagulation, cancer, immunity related diseases, chemistry, peroxy nitrite, and oxidative stress, as such a true novelty in the field. I think that this is a very interesting idea that all new articles on this subject, will continue to be incorporated, as published, in real time in the e-Book which is a live book.

The e-book has nine chapters and contains a number of meaningful references mostly pertaining to recent studies, managing to encompass in a limited number of pages views on the issue under discussion of a large range of authors. Already at this stage the conceptual originality of the work is highly visible.

The reasoning behind the book as well as its objectives is presented in a concise and clear manner, while the argument given is solid and convincing.

The method used is described with the rigor of the researcher who assessed well each clinical observation of the nitric oxide in vascular endothelium, especially since the discovery of the role of nitric oxide in the cardiovascular system is a significant and challenging issue for the practicing medical professionals.

The book, as the title suggests, is addressed equally to cardiologists, internists, and other specialists in the field who want to improve their knowledge of medical scientific information.

The text is accompanied by pictures, graphs, charts, diagrams, which make it clear, easy to follow and assimilate provided that the reader already had a high level of professional training.

The original contribution of the paper resides in the fact that it is the first medicine book published on online on Amazon and in the fact that it brings new and well documented arguments about the role of nitric oxide in various mechanisms of the diseases.

In conclusion, I can say the book is a work of exceptional value and an undeniable originality, the result of long and careful research, characterized by high scientific integrity, professional rigor and accuracy.

I would like to take this occasion and congratulate all the authors for their contribution to this exceptional work in the field of medicine.

Review of “Perspectives on Nitric Oxide in Disease Mechanisms”

Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2013

As one who has worked in scientific research for the past 12 years, I would like to offer my review of the book: “Perspectives on Nitric Oxide in Disease Mechanisms” coordinated by Dr. Aviva Lev-Ari as Editor-in-Chief along with a cadre of her talented writers versed in many different medical and biological areas.

“Perspectives on Nitric Oxide in Disease Mechanisms” is presented as an E-book available for Kindle. The nine chapters delve into the discovery of nitric oxide and the research that led to the Nobel Prize in Physiology in 1998 being awarded to Dr. Robert Furchgott, Dr. Ferid Murad, and Dr. Louis Ignarro. The book further explores the role of nitric oxide in cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases and the potential for cardiovascular disease therapeutic targets. The end of the book discusses the crucial role that nitric oxide plays in cancer.

This comprehensive book also appeals to those who may be interested in the ways that nitric oxide effects the immune system. The influence of nitric oxide on metabolism in bones and the gas exchange in the lungs are discussed.

“Perspectives on Nitric Oxide in Disease Mechanisms” is appropriate for the seasoned professional or for medical or graduate students interested in nitric oxide- a little appreciated chemical messenger.
