Released in June 2000. A comprehensive framework for B2B eCRM with integration of Product space and differential demand per product [Most leading CRM vendors offers OLAP for Customer profiling divorced from the Quality of Service of the on-line shopping environment and none offers prediction of behavior, conversion of search to buy which allows a disaggregate volume forecast of Trade at a DM derived from “visitor” navigation]. An R&D initiative launched in April 2000 to provide e-Business CONTEXT for Search Behavior Analytics and develop the B2B specifics for any CRM initiative involving institutional sellers and buyers. It was carried out to conceptual detailed design and the SBA part was implemented as requirements input for Use Cases ready for coding.
