LPBI Group has evolved through three deliberate phases since its founding:
- 1.0 LPBI Group (2012–2020): Established as an e-Scientific Publisher with a focus on expert curation of peer-reviewed scientific literature.
- 2.0 LPBI Group (2021–2025): Transitioned into Medical Text Analysis using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and NLP. This phase included pilot studies and the publication of two books demonstrating the application of AI-driven text analysis in medicine.
- 2026 & Beyond: Development of a comprehensive Tool Factory for Multimodal Foundation Models in Healthcare, advancing domain-aware AI through structured methodologies and proprietary data assets.
Founded in 2012 by Aviva Lev-Ari, PhD, RN, LPBI Group has built a mature and interconnected portfolio of intellectual property assets over 14 years of continuous operation. What began as a focused effort in scientific curation evolved into a sophisticated ecosystem designed to support the next generation of AI systems in healthcare.
The organization developed a 9 GB private multimodal corpus, a 17-part Composition of Methods (COM) Tool Factory, and a suite of structured datasets and Hidden Gems across key therapeutic areas. This transformation was achieved through disciplined, expert-led curation and the continuous development of proprietary methodologies — all under founder leadership and full personal funding.
Today, LPBI Group operates as a debt-free, founder-led enterprise with a production-ready intelligence platform. Its evolution from e-publishing to AI-ready infrastructure reflects a consistent focus on quality, causality, and clinical relevance.
