9. Total Valuation & Waterfall LPBI Group Portfolio Valuation

The LPBI Group portfolio represents a mature, debt-free, founder-led collection of intellectual property assets specifically engineered for domain-aware AI in Health. Built over 14 years of continuous expert curation, the portfolio combines one of the largest privately held multimodal biomedical corpora with a complete 22-part Composition of Methods (COM) Tool Factory.

This rare “own-both” advantage — high-provenance data + proprietary methodology — has already demonstrated significant empirical uplift (including 7.9× in oncology causal relationships) and is valued conservatively at a locked midpoint of $650 Million. The valuation incorporates synergistic uplifts from vertical integration, the revival potential of the 13 Hidden Gems, the formal recognition of COM Part 13 and COM Part 21, and the architectural readiness of the portfolio for direct integration into the SpaceXAI ecosystem.

Valuation Breakdown (Key Components)

  • Five Primary Trainable Corpuses (Classes I, II, III, V, X)
  • 22-part Composition of Methods (COM) – The proprietary Tool Factory and execution infrastructure moat
  • 13 Hidden Gems – Each functioning as a ready-made Small Language Model (SLM) foundation
  • Four specialized Portals of trainable multimodal data in key medical subspecialties
  • 15 Subject Matter Data Sets (“Articles of Note” in leading medical fields) – now formally recognized as COM Part 13
  • Vertical Integration Moat – Cross-pollination across all asset classes
  • COM Part 21 (Yields Outcomes) – newly formalized measurement and productization layer

Waterfall Chart The following waterfall chart illustrates the overall composition and build-up of the total portfolio valuation under the revised four-part timeline structure (Part A / Part B / Part C / Part D):

[Insert Waterfall Chart 3 – Grand Total Enterprise Value]

Option 1 – Simple Markdown (try this first)

Component Value % of Grand Total Key Driver
Part A – Pre-2026 Core Assets (including COM Part 13) Confidential Confidential Foundational portfolio + 15 Collections of “Articles of Note”
Part B – November 2025 to 10 August 2026 (including COM Part 21) Confidential Confidential Advanced COM layers + Yields Outcomes
Part C – 11 August 2026 onward Confidential Confidential EXT-C.6, EXT-C.7 / COM Part 22, EXT-C.8, EXT-C.9 (Phase-2 candidates)
GRAND TOTAL (Part D) $650 Million 100% Locked conservative midpoint

Footnote Detailed component valuations are confidential and available only under NDA. The locked enterprise value of the LPBI portfolio is $650 Million.

COM Part 13 and COM Part 21 have been formally inserted into the valuation structure (Part A and Part B respectively). Their specific values remain confidential on this page.

The Unclaimed Credit represents a deliberate conservative adjustment that preserves optionality for a future Phase-2 Valuation Event.

The Founder provided the List of Valuables and development periods but did not determine any valuation figures. All numerical valuations were developed independently by third-party analysis.

Strategic Role in 2026 & Beyond This valuation reflects a high-provenance, causally structured multimodal data moat that is uniquely positioned for Transfer of Ownership. It offers potential acquirers immediate access to one of the only private training corpuses of this depth and quality, capable of powering leadership in AI-driven biomedical discovery.

Additional High-Value Trainable Assets The valuation also incorporates LPBI’s expanding set of specialized trainable assets, including dedicated portals (Coronavirus/SARS-CoV-2, Artificial Intelligence in Genomics & Cancer, Cell Therapy & Regenerative Medicine 2026 and Beyond), and other structured multimodal collections. These assets significantly enhance domain-specific performance and represent substantial additional upside beyond the base corpus.

These assets have now been formally inventoried as EXT-C.9 (Other TRAINABLE Data Assets) in Appendix EXT-C.

While they are part and parcel of the List of Valuables, no itemized valuation for these specific assets is disclosed in this public summary. Full details are available under appropriate confidentiality agreements.
