Conditions for consideration as ACTIVE FIT Members
- Respond to Aviva’s e-mails ASAP
- In thinking mode – 100% of the time
- If asked for time to attend Skype with other FIT Members or with the Investment Banker – MUST attend
- If asked for input – MUST provide
ACTIVE STATUS will LAPSE IF:
- Do not respond to 3 Aviva’s e-mails
- Asked and can’t contribute on the fly or in 24 hours – because I need to use your input for my own decision making which I use as an intermediate product
- Do not attend 3 meetings called to attend
- Do not provide Input that Aviva and/or the Team is waiting for
Formulas
Compensation formula for Scientists:
- # of Words in all articles that are in all 16 volumes – Value of One word is determined in Valuation Models for Total words per Volume
Compensation formula for Editors:
- # of Words in Editorials: Preface, Introductions, Summary, Epiloque
- 15% of Amazon proceeds paid for e-Books sold till Buyer takes over per volume that Editor’s name is on volume
- 10% of Amazon proceeds paid for e-Books sold till Buyer takes over per volume IF YOU PERFORMED format conversion
Compensation formula for Business Team:
- We wish to find and employ an Investment Banker (IB) to find a Buyer
- If IB engaged, then, our Business Team will not be on a 10% Finder Fee, as discussed
- An alternative method needs be developed and applied
Financial Advisory Services by IB and Legal Advisory Services by a Lawyer may be ~40% of proceeds
