The Gonzalez protocol: Worse than useless for pancreatic cancer.

Very well thought out article explaining the results of a study comparing the Gonzalez protocol with standard gemcitabine for advanced pancreatic cancer and why it is SO important for proper discussion among the medical community to highlight dangerous “alternative” procedures which have weak scientific basis.

The author also highlights data from the trial which disproves the Gonzalez protocol. This article also demonstrates how certain bad clinical medicine can be propagated and easily hyped through the “popular” channels without receiving much scrutiny by the medical profession.
