Policy makers in MA had strong leadership and support Biotech Industry in MA. Have to insure balance IP, Regulatory 12 years for Biologics, Advanced Medicine, NIH, CDC, FDA, support initiatives, regulation of drugs, Market based for Reimbursement, great benefit to Patient. Corporate Tax must be updated. Corporate Tax is the highest in the US, must go down.
